Since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade with Dobbs v. Jackson, several states have been debating and rewriting their abortion laws. Before being steamrolled by Roe, most states had laws that either prohibited abortion or treated it as a criminal offense. It was almost as if our forebears thought that killing the next generation might be a bad idea. How strange. (read more)
